Booking Policy
Effective date: 24 July 2026
1. How bookings work
You can request sessions and services through the booking tools on our site, which run on Wix Bookings. When you book, you provide the details the form requires; before any payment, the price shown is the final price in line with article 34 of Ley N.º 7472.
2. Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us or from the booking system. If a requested time becomes unavailable, we will contact you to find an alternative.
3. Reschedules and no-shows
To reschedule, contact us with reasonable notice and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policy, and your eight-day right of withdrawal under Ley N.º 7472 applies as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Group and corporate bookings
For team, group or corporate engagements, terms (scope, dates, pricing and payment) are agreed in writing before the work begins. Those written terms complement this policy.
