Membership Terms
Effective date: 24 July 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern paid membership of the InspireWorks Lab community and any member-only content or benefits. They complement our Terms and Conditions; where a conflict arises about membership, these terms apply. Your electronic acceptance is valid under Ley N.º 8454.
2. Plans, billing and renewal
Membership plans, their price (final price, per article 34 of Ley N.º 7472) and billing frequency are shown at sign-up. If a plan renews automatically, we disclose that clearly before you subscribe, including the renewal amount and interval; you can cancel future renewals at any time. Consistent with article 42 of Ley N.º 7472, our billing and renewal terms are clear and not one-sided.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period, unless the law grants you an earlier refund (including the eight-day right of withdrawal under article 40 of Ley N.º 7472 on your initial purchase).
4. Access, fair use and member content
Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access member content and community features. Member-only content is protected by Ley N.º 6683 and may not be copied, shared or resold. When you post in the community you grant us the licence described in our Terms and Conditions (consistent with article 19 of Ley N.º 6683) and agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may add, change or retire features over time.
5. Data and termination
Your member account involves the processing of personal data under our Privacy Policy and Ley N.º 8968. We may suspend or terminate a membership for serious or repeated breach of these terms or the Community Guidelines; where we do, we will act fairly and refund any amount the law requires.
