Intellectual Property Notice

1. Ownership of content
All original content on this site and in our programs — text, images, graphics, videos, audio, course and workshop materials, and their selection and arrangement — is protected under Costa Rica's Ley N.º 6683 (Derechos de Autor y Derechos Conexos) and belongs to InspireWorks Lab or its licensors (articles 1 and 16).
2. Moral and economic rights
We reserve both the moral rights (paternity and integrity, which are inalienable under articles 13–15) and the economic rights (reproduction, adaptation, public communication and distribution, article 16). Because article 19 treats each form of use as independent, authorizing one use does not authorize others. Copyright protection lasts, as a rule, for the author's life plus seventy years (article 58).
3. Trademarks
The InspireWorks Lab name, logo and brand elements are distinctive signs protected under Costa Rica's Ley N.º 7978 (Ley de Marcas y Otros Signos Distintivos). You may not use them without our written permission.
4. Permitted use and user content
We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view and use our content for its intended purpose. You may not copy, adapt, publicly communicate, distribute or resell it without authorization. Content you submit or post remains yours; you grant us the licence described in our Terms and Conditions, which — consistent with article 19 — specifies the uses (hosting, display and public communication across our channels) needed to run our services and community.
5. Enforcement, permissions and takedown
We enforce our rights under Ley N.º 8039 (Procedimientos de Observancia de los Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual), which allows civil and administrative remedies and precautionary measures. To request permission to reproduce or adapt our content, or to report content you believe infringes your rights, contact us through the contact form, the WhatsApp button, or info@inspireworkslab.com with enough detail to identify the material; we will review and act on valid requests.
